Shipping Policy

At Beyond The Shell, we aim to get your Turtle Approved Travel Gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product supplier. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, but some items may take longer.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all shipments where available.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident with every purchase

General Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for replacement or store credit, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beyondtheshell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order for defective/damaged items and provide pictures or videos to accompany the request.

Brand Specific Warranties

  • Some items, such as electronics (e.g., Anker power banks), may have manufacturer warranties.
  • For brand-specific warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly. Links and instructions can usually be found on the product page.
  • Anker provides a GREAT Warranty for their products, please make sure to check them out if your order is beyond our date.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for items that arrive defective/damaged.

How to Initiate a Return
